Where can I see pricing?
Booking with Benchmark Property Media is quick and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Book Online or Contact Us – Use our online booking portal to schedule your shoot, or reach out by phone, email, or text for custom requests. booking@benchmarkpropertymedia.com | Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm
2️⃣ Confirm Details – We’ll confirm the date, time, location, and any special requests. If property access needs coordination (lockbox, agent on-site, etc.), please let us know in advance.
3️⃣ Shoot Day – Our team arrives on time and ready to capture high-quality visuals. Make sure the space is clean and properly staged for the best results.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
When you choose to work with us, you expect exceptional results — and we ask the same level of preparation from our clients. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is fully ready at the scheduled time.
Please review our pre-shoot checklist prior to your appointment.
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, clients are responsible for:
Property Access – Providing clear entry instructions (lockbox codes, gate access, on-site contact, etc.). If access is not available at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Approvals & Permissions – Securing all necessary permissions from the property owner before the shoot.
Clear Communication – Supplying accurate property details, special requests, and any schedule changes ahead of the appointment to help avoid delays.
How do I cancel or reschedule a project?
We understand that things happen.
If you need to reschedule your please contact us at 720-509-9397 from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, or email us at booking@benchmarkpropertymedia.com.
How long will it take to receive our media?
Creating high-quality content requires time and precision. Depending on the services requested, Benchmark Property Media typically spends 1–4 hours on-site. Any on-site delays may affect the production schedule and final delivery times.
Here’s our standard turnaround for each service:

Photography
HDR Photos – 2 business days
Twilight / Virtual Twilight Photos – 48 hours
Virtual Staging Photos – 2–3 business days (Processed via third-party services)
Videos
30–45 sec Highlight Videos & Reels – 1–2 business days
1–2 min Cinematic Videos – 2–3 business days
1–3 min Luxury Videos – 3–5 business days
Other Services
2D Floor Plans – 1 business day
3D Virtual Tours (Zillow/Matterport) – 1 business day
Includes 3 months of free hosting. After 3 months, the links will be archived and no longer active. Additional hosting is available for $60 per 3 months.
Dedicated Property Websites – 24 hours (after all content is created)
Photo Revision Requests – 1 business day ($10/photo; object removal fees may apply)
Video Revision Requests – 1–2 business days (One complimentary revision; $100 per additional revision)
Virtual Renovations – 3-5 business days
This schedule ensures we deliver polished, professional visuals while maintaining quality and consistency across all projects.
How can I have something photoshopped or revised?
Please contact our support team with the same email you received your deliverables.

What rights do I have with the media provided?
Benchmark Property Media grants the Client a limited license to use the Work Product (photos, videos, and other media) for the promotion of the listing and personal marketing purposes. The Client may upload the content to:
Social media Personal websites MLS listing services Portfolio use for lead generation and soliciting new business
However, this license does not transfer copyright, ownership, or any exclusive rights to the Client. Regardless of MLS terms and conditions, all intellectual property rights remain with Benchmark Property Media, in accordance with Copyright Act 17 U.S.C § 106.
Any third-party use or redistribution (e.g., magazines, design firms, or new listing agents) requires written permission from Benchmark Property Media and may be subject to licensing fees.
